BusinessRICH is a 3-day weekend bootcamp delivered by ActionCOACH and Accountancy Advantage. Held in a professional and luxury setting, it offers the perfect chance to set your mind in the right direction, learn some new skills, and leave armed with the skills, tools and action plan to make a real difference to your business outcomes.

DAY 1: Friday 3pm – 10pm

Mindset for success: Get a clear understanding of how winning in the game of business is all about your attitude and mindset – and discover what you need to do to have a champion mindset.

Set your business vision: Define the crystal clear vision of the business that you want so that you can build the roadmap to get you there.

“Leverage” the board game: Learn the fundamentals of business in a fun environment. Experience the reality of how these systems and theories pan out when you have a fictional business to practice on.

DAY 2: Saturday 9am – 6pm

Business Fundamentals: Learn what ALL great businesses know and how you can put these into your own business.
Time Mastery: The one asset you can never get more of! In this session you’ll learn how to make the best use of your time so that you can move your business to the next level.

Financial Mastery: The foundation of any business. Learn how to plan for profit and a positive cashflow in your business using our simple templates. Understand how to track performance in your business.
Business in a Box: Understand how to systemise your business so that you and your team can handle the growth you are planning.

Marketing: Learn how you can compete, but not on price. Learn to differentiate yourself and use this differentiation to attract and retain customers.

Sales Masterclass: Learn how to ‘get people to buy’ rather than sell to them and the art of questioning in the sales process.

Systemising your business: Learn a way to build systems to make your business life easier! Get these in place and you free yourself from the ‘job’ and at the same time add to your company’s value.

DAY 3: Sunday 9am – 5pm

Goal Setting: Define your personal and business goals for the short, medium and long-term.

Get the Team you deserve: Learn how to recruit and retain a high performing team that will grow your business for you

Create your Plan: Put together all everything you’ve learned and create your business plan for the next 90 days so that you can leave the bootcamp ready to hit the ground running on Monday
